205 is more of a corner section than it is a sideline section. The view is ok; it has a great angle on the Penguins net during the 1st and 3rd period.
The climb to your seats isn't so bad. Sure, the stairs are steep but aren't they in every other NHL arena? The view is spectacular and the jumbo screen is four sided and much bigger than others I have seen in sports venues.

This was my first Penguins game in the new building and it's definitely an improvement over the Igloo/Mellon Arena.

The building is erected so that you can always see the game because they have no walls (other than supporting ones) to block off your line of sight. So, you can always see the ongoing game as you're walking around the concourse. The standing room only area, located at the top level has a wide ledge for your food which is net. It's not a bad gig if you don't mind standing from what I hear.
