115 gives Penguins fans a nice angle on the ice. You won't be right upon the glass so these seats are ideal for fans that just want a great view and maybe those that don't get too into the game but are instead more casual fans.
It's in a prime spot to the concourses. You can go to the bathroom or grab a beer without missing hardly anything so at least you can avoid the big lines because they move slow.

For rows F thru N in 115, there are practically three or four seats in each row. It's wonderful.
