To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 214, here is a Youtube video shot from there during the national anthem at a Blue Jackets game.

First glance at a seating chart of section 214 and you would probably pass on section 214 but I've had season tickets here for two seasons and it's one of the best hockey atmospheres you could find when the games are packed. You will often find the true Blue Jackets fans on the upper levels, not the club suites.

The view is great and because there are only two levels at Nationwide Arena, every seat has a great view.

Only downside and major gripe from Blue Jackets fans always seems to be the lack of cup holders and hopefully the franchise will add those to the back of seats soon.
