To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 213, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Flames/Detroit Red Wings game at Scotiabank Saddledome.

Took my family to a game against the Wild last season. Our seats were in 213, row 21. We were high up in the section and were almost in the top row. Seats were extremely close to the kiosks and bathrooms which was a major plus.
The 200s have more rows than any of the sections on the 100 or 300 level. The 300 level isn't ideal because the roofing forces you to look straight down onto the ice. The roof is also what makes the venue so unique but it has costed the city many big acts who simply won't tour the Saddledome.

If there were an ideal section in the Saddledome, 213 would be it, only in the first few rows. It sits near the center of the ice which is common knowledge as being the best seats in any NHL arena.

Taking public transit would also be a bright idea. It will save yourself lots of money on parking and is less of a headache.
