Attended a Redskins/Carolina Panthers game last season and had a great time at the game as I always do. Wasn't my first time sitting here, 101 has a great view as long as you purchase your seats in the back half of the section. The seats sit eye level with the field so you can see more of the field from any seat past row 15. The Redskins use the sideline down in front of this section and you should have no issues walking down before the game to watch warmups and take photos of the players.
Gates A and H are the quickest access point to these seats, very easy to find (same side of stadium as Ticket Office/Redskins Hall of Fame Store).
This stadium is lacking a lot. The PA system is weak. I would also like to see a bar/restaurant on the main level of the stadium for fans since there are none near the stadium. The fans on the club level have a Hooter's to go to (not fair). They should have added the Metro stop a little closer to the stadium as well - that walk is no fun in December before and after games.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 101, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Redskins game at Fedex Field.

Best seats in the house in terms of view. This section is on the 50 yard line. Sat here for the Eagles game last year. I prefer to sit in rows 10-20 so you can see the plays a little better.
There are 26 rows in this section, rows are numbered 1-26. This is a very affluent section; expect to pay at least $250 per ticket to sit here if you buy on the secondary ticket market (StubHub).
