I found these seats to be rather average. 315 overlooks one of the end zones near the corner of the top deck. The seats weren't padded, not that I was expecting them to be. You may want to bring one of those stadium seats with you to the stadium for safe measure because unlike the lower level you won't be standing all that much in the top level. Get up frequently to stretch your legs and go to the bathroom, get a beer, etc.

Raymond James is an open aired stadium that doesn't lock in the noise levels all that well. The upper decks are full of loud fans as long as they've got something to cheer about. I wouldn't call it tame but it doesn't have the rowdiness you would expect.
