Any seat in 244 is a great seat. My girlfriend and I made the trip from Charlotte to Tampa to see the Panthers on the road. We sat in row W and we had the infamous Pirate ship to our immediate right in Buccaneer Cove. The cannon sure is loud when the Buccs score and that is really the only downside to these seats. You can't access the ship during the game but if you take the stadium tour, you can have your photo taken on it. The tour is worth your time and money and may even be a more in depth experience than the game itself.
244 was a rather big section so you should shoot for row A so that there won't be any fan movement in front of you, period.
Getting to our seats was easy. Not many stairs to climb at all and we had quick access to the concourse area. The game is tuned into the bathrooms so you won't miss any of the calls. You're going to want to enter the stadium from the North side to access section 244 the simplest.
