Attended the Buccs/Panthers game last season and sat 7 rows from the field (30 yd. line) which was by far the best seats I've had at the "Ray J". Almost felt like we were on the field with the players. The atmosphere made the experience even better due to the Panthers being one of the bitter rivals of the Buccs. There is a jumbo replay board in each end zone so if you miss anything, you can always refer to one or the other to catch up. All of the seats are colored red so the entire stadium looks like a sea of Red. Every seat has a cup holder and there was plenty of space for our belongings beneath our seats.
The concessions here all have a Pirate-type name to them. The "Pass the Pizza" slices weren't all that great. Not worth $5 anyway. There are tons of bars/restaurants along Westshore Blvd near the stadium including Bar Louie and the Cheesecake Factory. You may be better off eating there to save money on the price-gauged stadium food.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 134, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Buccaneers/St. Louis Rams game at Raymond James Stadium.
