140 sits next to a tunnel that isn't used by either team during Seahawks games. So there will be no seats to your immediate left if you sit in 140. I have season tickets here and have had them for the past three seasons. Wouldn't trade them for any other seat, I've just built too many great relationships with the fans in this section and don't have any desire to leave.
Plus the view is great. You can't beat the lower level at Qwest Field although I've heard that the upper levels aren't so bad. Many fans always anticipate rain but in actuality, rain has only been a factor in less than 10% of the games since this stadium opened. Since the Mariners play 81 games at home per season, there is a need for a roof to their ballpark.
