My brother and I sat in 116 for our second Steelers game in 2011. We saw them beat the Patriots on October 30th in a great game. The place was packed and I don't even want to mention what I spent on my seats. The corners are great, we were hoping the Steelers tunnel was the tunnel next to our section but it's actually in the opposite corner.
Overall, 116 is a solid section. It was great to be this close to the field but judging the depth of the field for the opposite endzone is next to impossible. For example, Mendenhall could run 10 yards with the ball and you would think it was a 20 yard run. 116 is a tiny section and maybe the smallest at Heinz Field with only rows A thru K.

If you get a chance to tailgate in the South lot, do so. You won't regret it. Loud music, beer and the best food that Pittsburgh has to offer. If you're wearing a Browns or Ravens jersey, enter at your own risk.
