Have been to the "Linc" for many Eagles games and the view from the seats along the upper sidelines have always been consistent. I was in 226 for the Giants game a few weeks ago and it's central location (35 yd. line) makes every seat a sure bet for a good view. There were no real downsides aside from dealing with the Eagles fans in their usual form. Drunk and constantly cursing at looking for every excuse to curse Coach Kelly, Vick, Foles, Lesean, God, Santa Claus. Steer clear of the upper level period, if you're a Giants, Cowboys or Redskins fan because these Eagles fans just do not care about your feelings.
Best way to get to these seats would be to enter through the North East Gate and either take the walking ramp or the escalators. There are 7 entrances total but only 4 of them allow entry to regular ticket holders. The others are for the rich folks paying top dollar for suites.
