We saw the Jets play the Buffalo Bills (big division rival) sitting in section 340, Row 5. Before the game I was a bit concerned that we would be too far away from the field to enjoy the game but I was wrong. The seats were in the middle of the stadium and although high up we had a great view. The escalators to reach the top level are inside each entrance to the stadium. The Metlife and Pepsi Gates are probably the most ideal to enter if you're sitting in section 340.
To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 340, here is a Youtube video shot from row 2 during a Jets/Philadelphia Eagles game at Metlife Stadium.
Section 340 was one of the more affordable sections in the stadium. You're very high up and will have problems making out the action at times. Sure, there are jumbo screens in each corner of the stadium but I have tv's at home. Metlife Stadium caters to the upper middle class, just like Yankee Stadium. These seats just arent worth you're time.
