I'm not the biggest fan of this stadium, first of all. It's big, bland, is shared by two teams so it can't really create one identity for itself. Just like Citi Field in Flushing, there is no neighborhood surrounding the stadium. There is really only one restaurant fans can eat at (Redd's). Parking is expensive and worst of all, the fans that fill it up every Sunday are often down right obnoxious and drunk.
Nevertheless, I still find myself coming here once or twice each season because I have a soft spot for professional football.
I found some decent seats in 319 for the Vikings game in October. Row 5, seat 15, seats that overlook the south endzone. Was very close to the exit tunnel for drinks and bathroom visits. The curved nature of the tiers of seats create a pretty good angle. Seats are more comfortable than the old Giant stadium. Could follow the game via 3 of the 4 jumbo trons in each corner. I would suggest taking the walking ramps to get here. There is one in the bottom level of both end zone concourses. There are escalators inside each gate entrance but they're often too crowded for me to even want to fool with. Battling the crowds riding the transit from Seacaucus Station is always already a big headache. Take my word for it.
Overall, good seats that I think most fans won't prefer but also won't mind.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 319, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Giants/Atlanta Falcons game at Metlife Stadium.
