I live in St. Louis and have been to Arrowhead twice now. Went to the Chiefs-Baltimore Ravens game last October and these were the cheapest seats I could find that weren't in the upper level endzones. (Worst seats in the stadium, found that out last time).
Could see the field very well from our seats in row 9. Even in an area where you wouldn't think the noise fans make has any impact, the fans were still loud and obnoxious beating on the seats and cursing. Part of the fun, I guess. All of the seats are scarlet, creating a sea of red up top. Could see perfectly over the fans seated below us in the earlier rows. We were in the 20s, in the middle part of the section and near the aisle seats. The pace of the game seemed much slower from that high up but the entire experience was still a rush.
I was a little let down as far as the concessions. Was expecting to see more BBQ stands but they really only had regular stadium food and it was all a ripoff at almost $10 for a beer.

Parking is an absolute nightmare for any and everyone with no hotels on the immediate grounds, only a few highway exits, and for 1 pm games, lots only open 3 hours before the game. The tailgating scene is pretty advanced in Kansas City. Saw lots of old converted school buses, campers, corn hole, Chiefs flags sticking out of the ground. The smell of the BBQ was euphoric and the fans are often very friendly offering beer and food to any and all.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 328, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Chiefs game at Arrowhead Stadium.
