Keep in mind that these aren't club seats. Just a regular section nestled in the far corner of the stadium. I saw the Jaguars vs. the St. Louis Rams here back in 2009 in row BB which was near the top.
Compared to it's surrounding sections, section 217 had a lot more rows than the others. The exit tunnel is at the very bottom of the section so you're bound to have steps to climb no matter what. The North end zone is much more congested than the south end zone so have caution.
Overall, I felt very disconnected from the game and there are always plenty of tickets available so I would say avoid section 217. It just has nothing to offer Jaguar fans.

If you're looking at parking passes for tailgating, I would definitely recommend lots C and M. They are the closest to the stadium and lot X should be avoided at all costs. You'll have to leave the tailgate an hour before the game to make it to your seats on time if you park there.
