Saw the Colts play the Jaguar last year and our tickets were for row 20 up near the back of this section. Loved them. Roughly half of the seats in this section sat to the side of the end zone. The other half right around the 5 yd. line so it's got a good location for viewing the game even though we were at the far end of the field. For that reason, you'll want to choose a slightly higher row like we did. Anything past row 18 would be good - we've come to a handful of games at Lucas Oil and have never been unhappy with our seat selection. If you enter the East Gate on the Capitol Avenue side, you won't be far from these seats at all. Most fans enter through the North Gate where the Touchdown Town congregation is, so the East gate will likely get you to your seats quicker.
To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 109, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Colts/New York Jets game at Lucas Oil Stadium.
