Had seats in row 3 for a Colts preseason game and although the atmosphere wasn't up to par with a regular season home game, we still enjoyed ourselves. The great thing about section 316 was that we had practically the same view of the playing field as the fans sitting in the Bakers Daniels Club Seats where you get a private area to sit with padded seats. No luxuries like that here but the view was phenomenal and there were only 4 or 5 rows total. This particular area of the stadium is called 'The Loge Level'. The loge offers the best vantage point in the stadium being that it's not upper level but also not lower level either. Still close enough to distinguish each player from one another.
I have yet to find a good food item at this place. I don't know if it's stale food, lower quality, I'm not sure. I would suggest filling yourself up at a restaurant before the game or tailgating because Lucas Oil's concessions are pitiful for a stadium as nice as this.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 316, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Colts game at Lucas Oil Stadium.
