620 is fine for the Texans fans on a budget that want a cheap (cheaper) ticket to the game. Other than that, the view wasn't all that great because we were in the upper North end zone. The players all looked miniature from that height and let me just say thank God for the large replay boards in each end zone. Even though we could only see one of them from our seats, it will definitely help you keep up with the game a little better. The casual football fan will hate these seats and will more than likely prefer to sit closer to the field. The Texans die hards? Well there were plenty of those in this section and I hate how they would yell at the players as if anyone could hear them. Definitely avoid the upper level if you have kids. I know they're the cheap seats but a lot of the fans around us just didn't know how to behave and seemed to forget there were children around.
On a more positive note, there were a lot of food options for us fans. Bum's Smokehouse and Prince's Hamburgers are both good and were in close proximity to our section and both serve your typical domestic beers. Bring lots of cash because the ATMS always seem to be few and far between and it helps the lines move faster.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 620, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Texans/Cincinnati Bengals game at Reliant Stadium.
