My wife and I sat in row 12 for the Steelers preseason game a few years back. It was a fairly average upper level section. I didn't like the section's location relative to the field. (5 yard line/endzone side).
The upper level seats could use better signage once we got to the seats, as I saw a lot of confused fans who sat in the wrong section, and then there's the long discussion and ticket comparison when the rightful ticket holder arrives to the section.

Not sure if it was because it was a preseason game or not but I didn't witness that many ushers in the upper levels. The upper level was empty for the most part I would assume because it was a preseason game and didn't count. Had the Steelers rolled in here during the regular season, you wouldn't have been able to buy a seat.
