No matter which team your allegiance belongs to, this place will take your breath away. I've been to four or five games since it opened, usually once per season. Was in 409, row 13 for the Vikings game last month. The 'Boys won so I was in good spirits going home. Even though we were perched over the end zone, our view of the entire sideline was without flaw. Row 13 is near the bottom of this section so we only had four or five steps to climb once we arrived. If you can purchase seats in row 1 through 6, those will sit down at the bottom and are closer to the field. Every seat has a drink holder attached to the back of the row in front of your seat. On the main level, the cup holders are attached at the arm rests which makes things a little easier.

Cowboys Stadium has an excellent variety of food. The Cowboys Cheesesteak is probably one of the more popular items. Sodas are $6, beers are $9. You can save money and avoid the price-gauged concessions by eating before the game at either Hooter's or Buffalo Wild Wings on N. Collins near the stadium.
Just so you know, tailgating is not allowed in every lot. Parking can range anywhere from $40-$100 and I'm not even kidding. It's ridiculous but this is the downside of having a stadium off the highway in arlington and not in downtown Dallas. A lot of the restaurants near the stadium will offer a shuttle to the game if you spend "X" amount at their restaurant and will allow you to park on site at the restaurant.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 409, here is a Youtube video shot from row 10 during a Cowboys/San Diego Chargers game at AT&T Stadium.
