Expect to pay $200+ for a mezzanine seat, no matter the row. It wasn't worth it because I knew I could sit on the end zone of the lower level for much less than that. It's just I had a group I was going with and these were the tickets they bought so I was required to buy in.

The view was solid. Not great though. There are A LOT of seats to a row on the mezzanine level and it's a little annoying to have to crawl out of the row to go to the bathroom and concessions only to have to wait in line. But that's part of the experience; you have that in every NFL stadium you visit.

I think the giant scoreboard is great but it's a little distracting the higher up you sit. I think it was created as a diversion for the poor sight lines on the upper level. You should expect poor sight lines when a stadium holds 80,000+.

If you're looking to tailgate, lots 4-15 hold the tailgating. The organization usually doesn't impose too many rules for tailgaters like they do in Seattle so you're pretty much free to conduct the tailgate how you want.
