As long as your seats are on the sidelines of the upper level, you're fine at most NFL stadiums when it comes to the view of the field. If your seats are near the corners, the view weakens greatly. Good luck trying to make out any of the players although it's possible that you can still read their numbers.

I've sat in section 508 for a Browns game as well and believe it or not, the view is almost identical if you sit in section 510 and these seats are a little cheaper. Definitely bring the binoculars as aid if you like but they're not necessary to enjoy the game.
