You'll want to skip 353. I sat here for the Bears/Colts game during the 2012 season and hated it. With the concrete walls, it had a very "boxed in" feeling to it and left us out of the loop the entire game. If the jumbo trons were bigger, it wouldn't have been as bad. To make matters worse, we were surrounded by drunken idiots who decided they were going to shout obscenities at every Colts fan they saw. Typical at NFL games though, lemme tell ya. The sideline seats on the 400 level, also called the Grandstand, will allow you to see the game much better.
I see nothing but favorable reviews of this place from pretty much nothing but Bears fans. Truth is, it's very average if you've seen as many NFL stadiums as I have (17). There is no parking, food stands are generic, it has a small capacity, the scoreboards are small, it reaches freezing temperatures in November, there are no bars/neighborhoods in the immediate vicinity of the stadium, no hall of fame on site, and the average fan can't afford tickets to a game. Any Bears fan can attest to this stuff but they choose not to.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 353, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Bears game at Soldier Field.
