Followed the Packers down to Chicago last season to watch them take on the Monsters of the Midway. We could have easily driven back but chose to stay in a hotel since we knew we would be exhausted after the game let out. We stayed at the Hyatt Mccormick Place which was just down the block from the stadium and it was super nice.
351 is where all of the rowdies sit. The end zones are only slightly less affluent I would have to assume and those folks seemed to drink a little more than other Bears fans. It was freezing cold and there is no overhang, no concrete structure above us, nothing, so we caught a lot of the wind circulating throughout the place. But being a Packers fan, I understand not wanting to add a roof to your stadium. Football should be played outdoors and the Cowboys, Cardinals and Colts organizations are all pansies.
Our seats were not immediately behind the uprights but they definitely stood in the way but not enough to intrude and make the experience bad. It was hard to see the ball when it got near the opposite end zone and on kickoffs it all looked chaotic and we rarely knew what was going on. Both scoreboards were visible but the one in the opposite end zone was the one we referred to the most. All in all, this place is definitely on par with Lambeau Field. Better by way of having actual seats and not bleachers like Lambeau does but Lambeau has this place beat in history and little "extras" like restaurants, hall of fame, statues, tailgating, etc.
Go Pack Go!!!

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 351, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Bears/Green Bay Packers game at Soldier Field.
