Not the best seats but still felt very much like the 1st level. Have sat in the lower level end zones for past games and felt that I could see the field much better from here. Field goal posts weren't an issue though you will notice them throughout the day.
Don't like the food served here at Soldier. Best items are the beer and polish sausages. If you're not tailgating and want to save some money, just hit up the Bubble Net Food Court before the game, they have a lot of fast food there. It's just down from the stadium at the Aquarium.
