Most of the seats in 446 were on the 20 yard line but from that high up, any seat along the sideline offer practically the same view. You can see it all from up there. Seats were packed in a little tighter than the seats on the lower bowl but that's expected. With 5 or 6 levels including the club seats and suites and all that, the Terrace seats offer a bird's eye view but it will be easy to feel a little out of the loop with what's going on unless your attention is strong.
The fans are very welcoming up there, too. Even though it's the "Cheaper" seats, everyone was well behaved, friendly and giving high fives all around. Phoenix isn't really that rowdy of a sports market, they barely get interested in the Coyotes hockey team.
There are escalators at gates 1 through 3 that service the terrace level. However, the escalator at Gate 2 services the Terrace level only so there maybe less fans waiting to get on the escalator if you enter through Gate 2 (north side of the stadium). Navigation is pretty easy but then again, I've been here for four or five games so I pretty much have the layout down.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 446, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Cardinals game at University of Phoenix Stadium.
