To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 116, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Spurs/Boston Celtics game at the AT&T Center.

Sat in 16 for a jazz-spurs game in 2009. Don't recall the row just remember I didn't care too much for these seats.
You're crammed in the corner behind the goal. Not close to the action and not the best view of the court either.
I would avoid ection 116. I would also avoid walking in this neighborhood at night after a game. Yikes.
