To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 106, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a 76ers/San Antonio Spurs game at the Wells Fargo Center.

Made the mistake of thinking row 1 was practically courtside. I was definitely mad when I found out that section 106 had a floor section and a regular section. The floor section was almost completely separate and was down closer to the goal. I was heated but was still able to enjoy the game from my seat. A word to the wise, the ushers in this section are pretty short and hateful with you so I wouldn't try sneaking down here if you're purchased an upper level ticket. You're bound to get caught because I had a friend in the arena that I had asked to come down to our row and he was asked to leave within two minutes of finding us.

Just outside of our section was 'PJ Whelihans' which is like a sit down pub. It was nice but there are even better spots outside of the arena with cheaper and better food. Chickie's and Pete's being the obvious favorite because of their crab fries.

106 has two parts to the section. The 2nd part consists of rows 1-27 and is behind a metal guard real. The first part is very close to the court on the floor level and consists of rows B-K. The first part is more expensive obviously to sit in.
The 2nd part makes you feel like you are further from the court than you really are.

You're behind the goal. The view of the court is just fine but the sidelines at the wachovia center are a big step up from these seats.
