To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 230, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Magic game at the Amway Center.

Both the terrace and promenade levels at Amway Center are evenly distributed seating wise so the views are very good on both levels. I have attended a number of Magic games since the new arena opened and haven't been disappointed yet although I hear the accoustics are absolutely terrible for concerts.

230, row 7, seats 5 and 6 were our seats for last season's game vs. the Detroit Pistons. Every game is a great game to go to, it doesn't matter who the Magic are playing. 230 was a big section with a lot of seats in each row. The giant scoreboard is magnetic and so bright that you can't help but to look at it throughout the game although your focus should always be on the court. If you sit past row 10, binoculars would definitely become necessary. Your view of the court weakens the more stairs you climb in the upper level.

There were plenty of restrooms and concessions outside of our section, just come prepared to pay top dollar for anything you purchase and that includes items at the team shops which are scattered all over the place.

There is really no public transit and the highway gets jam packed after the game. You can park at the Geico Garage before the game for maybe $20 but do something like go out to eat or get a drink after the game because traffic in those parking lots and garages gets downright silly.
