There is a lot to do in New York City and I think games at Yankee Stadium and Madison Square Garden are both in the top five. Nothing like going to the Big East Tournament, buying the entire package and watching game after game. Yes, I've done that and it's cheaper than you would think.

I sat in 116 for the Knicks-Boston Celtics game on Christmas Day last year; row 10 which was actually maybe the 5th row in section 116. There are no cup holders on the upper level but the lower level does have them. But I think that will change after the second phase of renovations. The seats were very expensive, I haven't been back this season yet because of the ticket prices. But it's well worth the money.

The main entrance is the 7th avenue entrance but the quickest way to get to these seats would be to enter the 31st street entrance. The buzz before a big game is euphoric, it's something you have to experience at least once.

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 116, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Knicks vs. Milwaukee Bucks game. The video was taken pre-renovation so the setup of the seats will be a little different.
