I have attended a number of Timberwolves games and one exhibition NHL game at the Target Center in all. My seating has varied from nose bleed to almost being able to touch the players and each time my viewing experience has been excellent. Section 126 was where I sat for a game vs. the Bucks which is one of the rivals of the Timberwolves. The seats were oriented towards the court very well so the view is very serviceable although I prefer to sit closer to the court. I was in row W. Keep in mind that there will be a lot of fans sitting in your row so avoid this section if you have trouble staying in your seat for two hours. You don't want to annoy your neighboring fans.

I'm amazed at the seating of this arena. There must be a crappy seat in the house somewhere, but I haven't found it. The concourses are pretty narrow but I think they've widened them with the newest renovation. Overall, timberwolves games are a pretty affordable NBA experience.
