Seat view from section 118 at American Airlines Arena, home of the Miami Heat

Section 118 is excellent! My two buddies and I bought tickets in row 27 so we were near the very back of the section but still loved where we sat. Any seat you choose will be just to the right of the center line. You won't be behind the scorer's table since the team's benches and all of that are across the floor which is great - Less obstruction. The first ten or so rows in 118 are considered the courtside seats and those will give fans access to the Dewar's Club and Grey Goose Lounge. You'll see "Who's Who" of Miami in those seats, many of which know nothing about basketball. I love the Heat, but they have one of the worst fan bases in Sports. Did you see what happened when the Marlins went to the World Series? Everyone was a Marlins fan too! :D

We were watching the Heat play the Charlotte Bobcats. The score wasn't even close, it was like watching the Heat vs. a D League team but any NBA game is worth going to and section 118 will NOT let you down! Best of all, it provides an easy in and out since it's so close to Gate 6. There is also a great sushi stand outside of these seats too!

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 118, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Heat game in an empty American Airlines Arena.

Center court. Great section for a Heat game, no matter the row Your sightlines cannot be beaten and the atmosphere is great. Plenty of great food and beverage concessions outside of this section. Also a great section for photo opportunities of Lebron and D-Wade.
