To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 311, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Heat/Brooklyn Nets game at American Airlines Arena.

This is a great section but by no means the best in the upper levels. There are 18 total rows in section 311. The higher you advance up the section in terms of seating, the more seats there are to each row. That's usually the general rule for seats in the corner of a venue.
