Went to the Warriors game last year. Always intense because there are Warriors fans scattered all throughout California and they seem to travel well. Our seats were in section 119, row 8. Superb seats behind the Lakers player sideline. The Staples Center has awesome lighting, PA system, the HD jumbo tron was my favorite.

I felt like you could sit anywhere in the arena and be able to see the court well. My friends and I opted out of the typical concessions and ate at ESPN Zone before the game. If you're not going to the Lakers, Kings or Clippers game, there will always be tons of your faithful at ESPN Zone while the game is going on. If they were to ever construct an NFL stadium in the arena, the entire LA Live area would expand even more.

Expensive seats in an expensive arena. Even the Mcdonalds food is expensive at the Staples Center. I took my girlfriend to a Lakers game on 1-11-11 vs. the Cleveland Cavaliers. Even Clippers games are a blast but they can't compare to Lakers games.
We were in row 4 which was actually about 6 or 7 rows from the floor. You'll be just a few feet from Kobe and Gasol if you get those seats. But remember that all cameras are essentially banned at the arena. Use your smart phone.
The seats are comfortable, all come equipped with cup holders. I especially liked how they darken the stands and keep the court lit up really well.

Even the third level has great seats but section 119 is one section you shouldn't skip if you've got the funds to sit there.

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 119, here are two Youtube videos shot from there during Lakers games at the Staples Center.
