102 is behind the visitor's bench. I sat here for the Miami Heat game on January 11th, 2012. Most annoying part was the fact that there were a ton of Heat fans in this section because it was so close to the Heat bench. Where did you all come from? The Bulls, Knicks and Celtics fans will likely be a similar story. Lakers fans are always scattered throughout the building for Clippers games, even when the Lakers aren't playing.

You can see the entire court really well from here but for the best view, you will want to sit higher up in maybe rows 12-18. Keep in mind that the seats face straight forward so you'll be looking slightly right for a good duration of the game.
The seats are spread out on all levels of the Staples Center but I've sat upper level for games before and the lower level is the place to be.

The best outlet for Clippers tickets has always been Stubhub. Back in the day, you could walk right up to the box office and get some good seats but after acquiring Chris Paul and Blake Griffin, that has since changed everything. Now the Clippers are great and the Lakers are bad. And the Lakers get more press for being so bad. Typical.
