To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 406, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Rockets/Portland Trail Blazers game at the Toyota Center.

If you're not too picky about where you sit, 406 will be an enjoyable section. With the cheap cost of tickets, there is no telling who you may see in the upper levels of the Toyota Center but I didn't notice anything aside from the occasional beer and cheers when the Rockets scored. Rockets fans have never really been known as being rowdy, they're kind of chill. A little more lively than an Astros game but less crazy than a Texans game.

The casual basketball fans will likely enjoy sitting closer to the court but if you love basketball, you'll enjoy just being at the game no matter if you're in the upper level or the lower level. The only downside to sitting here would be if you end up watching a lot of the game on the jumbo screen and at that point, why even leave the house. But it does it's job; to keep you connected and updated throughout the game.
