Had these seats for the first game I went to last season. The Mavs were playing the Phoenix Suns and ended up winning by 15 or so points.
We were in row II - about ten rows from the floor. Good enough to see both ends of the court pretty well. Good seats but the end zone seats are definitely inferior to the sides. Plenty of room to wiggle around in your seat, though. You won't be uncomfortable at all.
There is plenty of good food at AAC. Expensive, but quality. 'Big Dawg's served three or four different types of footlongs, there is one of those immediately outside of section 112. The beer selection is average, I'm a big fan of local craft beers and the arena could always improve in that regard.

Great view of the court. The backboard obstructs a small portion of the court, not the best section in the arena.
Tickets are more affordable than other seats in the lower level. Can most times find tickets in the $50 range.
Mavs games are a blast and I really hope the season gets under way so we have a chance to repeat and defend the title.
