To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 410, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Hawks/Miami Heat game at Philips Arena.

While the location of these seats are ideal-half court, 410 is just too high up for a fan to be able to enjoy the basketball game.
The walk to our seats was an adventure in itself. I would compare it to Mount Davis at the Oakland Coliseum. 410 will still give you the ability to attend a Hawks game for cheap, some may not mind these seats but I am definitely sitting elsewhere when I visit Philips Arena again.
