Sat here for the Hawks vs. Jazz game this past January.
Our seats were in row F so we were 6 or 7 rows from the court, phenomenal seats. Every seat in the club area is a great seat so you won't be disappointed with your selection although I seriously doubt a lot of fans in the club seats even pay for their seats. From what I understand, these seats are always sold out and a lot of the area businesses buy them up.
The club seats have wider and more comfortable than the regular seats on the other side of the arena. I've sat on that side plenty of times since this place opened.
The Hawks went on to win so the fans were all in good spirits that night.
Our server in our section was very attentive and came around quiet a few times but I didn't find the whole waitstaff thing to be necessary but many stadiums and arenas have adopted this trend for their club areas.
The club seats have quick entry and exit into Philips Arena so you shouldn't have too many problems battling crowds in the concourses. The concourses are bright, wide and easy to navigate. Hawks fans are very welcoming to visiting fans, nothing like what you would experience if you went into Madison Square Garden wearing a Lakers jersey.

I think you'll enjoy your seats in 105 as well as your Philips Arena experience. The Hawks have been very competitive these last few seasons. They don't call them the "Highlight Factory" for no reason.

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 105, here is a Youtube video shot from row DD during a College Basketball game at Philips Arena.
