Our seats here were a little cramped but I think the seat size is universal pretty much everywhere throughout the park from what I've experienced although I've never had amazing seats for a Nationals game. There are at least cup holders at each seat and I think the navy blue is a nice touch considering it's also part of the team's color scheme.

One thing I will commend Nationals fans for, that's being friendly to the fans of the other team. As the Nationals website clearly states, hostile fans will not be tolerated. The game we were at was vs. the Atlanta Braves, a rival team and there were plenty of Braves fans in attendance but everyone was minding their own business. Now when a Nationals fan ventures into Citizens Bank Park, it's a completely different story.
