To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 113A, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Blue Jays/Philadelphia Phillies game at the Rogers Centre.

Sat in 13a, row 14 for a blue jays/yankees game last season. There are four parts to section 113; A thru D. A is closest to the infield. No idea why they constructed it that way. You are close to both the infield and outfield so this section isn't too bad at all. Pretty average. Seats felt somewhat cramped. The Rogers Centre needs a renovation, it's getting old.
