Section 129 will allow you to see the infield and outfield equally well. I was pretty surprised but didn't like the dimensions of the seats which is a dead giveaway that this place is old and outdated. The seats face straight forward and have practically no leg room. I don't believe there were any cup holders either.
This is a hot spot for foul balls so keep your eyes peeled, a few flew about 20 feet from us during the game (Rays v. Rangers).
People can bash this place all they want but having an outdoor ballpark in Tampa would hinder attendance even more than it already does. 100 degrees and then a 40 minute shower? No thanks.
