If you're looking at tickets in 129, I would sit there for a playoff game but nothing else. As soon as I saw the angle upon reaching our seats, I moved closer to center field and just found a bleacher seat (which will make your butt sore after 9 innings). The foul pole didn't obstruct our view but I also didn't like being so close to it and the view of the left field side from our seats was terrible.
I come to 4 or 5 games each season and until Ballpark Village is built, there isn't much about Busch Stadium that makes me able to distinguish it from all of the other ballparks. Aside from the storied team that plays on it, of course. Even Post-Pujols, the Cardinals are still going strong.
To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 129, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cardinals/Texas Rangers game at Busch Stadium.
