356 was part of the infield pavilion; the second to last seating level from the upper deck. If you like sitting amongst fewer fans and in the shade, these are excellent seats. We sat in the very back in row 9 and could still see the pitcher's mound and plate very well. I wish the seats were padded but they were similar seats to what you'll find at the Edward Jones Dome or Scottrade Center downtown. Plastic and you push the seats down; they don't give too much.

St. Louis isn't much of a destination city - very plain and conservative. If there isn't a Blues or Cardinals game going on, there is literally nothing going on downtown so when visiting, plan your trip strictly around the ballpark. The Stan Musial Statue outside of Gate 3 is wonderful. 'The Hill' is an Italian neighborhood nearby and was where Yogi Berra and Joe Gargiola grew up. It's not much to look at but has some great Italian restaurants.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 356, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cardinals/Cincinnati Reds game at Busch Stadium.
