Had seats in 413, row 9. As a general rule, I would stay as far from the rows in the teens as possible. Those are at the very top and your view suffers greatly the higher your seats are. You will feel like a Phillies fan watching ants play baseball you'll be so far away. Row 1 would be ideal, for obvious reasons but I liked that the railing in front of row 1 was so small. Makes for a better experience even though the railing is there for the safety of the fans.

A very underrated feature of the ballpark is the Liberty Bell that rings when a home run is hit and is in great sight from this section. It's similar to the Minnie and Paul sign in Minnesota at the Twins stadium, in fact, I think they copied off of the Phillies. But few people probably understand the history of the Liberty Bell and what it means to this great city.
