The upper deck at Citizens Bank Park isn't the upper deck at Lincoln Financial next door. These are good seats. I especially liked the openness to the right of this section; no seats at all. The flow of the game seems to go much slower when you sit so high up but I would sit here again because I'm just not too picky for these games. Sixers and Flyers games, completely different story because the field of play is much smaller for those events.
412 also has a good view of the Philadelphia skyline in the distance past the scoreboard. They should have placed the scoreboard in center field where the rooftop bleachers are to give a more clear view of downtown. Better yet, they should have built the Sports Complex in downtown Philadelphia to provide easier access for fans staying in hotels, I know it would help the downtown businesses tremendously.

If you end up sitting on the Terrace, make sure you take some time to go down and visit Ashburn Alley in center field. They've got a lot of tribute to former players, good food and you can get up close to the bullpens out there. It's my favorite part of the ballpark.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 412, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Phillies/Atlanta Braves game at Citizens Bank Park.
