I used to have season tickets in this section so I have seen my share of games from there. It is a huge committment to become a season ticket holder but I wouldn't have traded those days for nothing. Made a lot of friends and saw a lot of great games in person.
308 is what it is. Better than any seat in the 400s in my opinion. But the right field corner is pretty dull in terms of the viewing experience you get. I've seen a good number of fly balls hit into these seats and even caught one myself. The Phillies Phanatic mascot makes the rounds around the ballpark so your children will likely encounter him at some point, even in the 300s and 400s.
Beer hawkers are always frequently stopping by section 308 and passing money to them is a breeze with maybe only 12 seats to a row here.

Finding the right seat can seem like a journey but it isn't. After going to a few Phillies games, you'll instantly get a feel for the layout of Citizens Bank Park. It has an old time feel while still feeling brand new even though it's not quiet ten years old yet.

Ashburn Alley, named after Richie Ashburn is the "Yawkey Way" of Citizens bank Park. The all Star Walk, the Harry Kalas statue and the Wall of Fame are it's bright spots. Definitely pay a visit, that area opens before the rest of the ballpark does, 2 and a half hours before every home game.
With all of that said, GO PHILLIES!!!

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 308, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Phillies game at Citizens Bank Park.
