Outfield upper deck seats are usually pretty crappy but I enjoyed our experience in 302; it's much better than the Terrace seats in the 400s. The Phillies took on the Reds. The seat comfort was ok, pretty standard. If you want the most comfortable seats and setting, sit in the Hall of Fame club in the 200 level seats. We could not see the field from the concourse in the upper deck but that maybe an impossible design to make happen. On the bottom level though, no matter where you are, you can see parts of the field from the concourse. The concourses are very wide but still tend to get at least a little crowded for night games.
Ashburn Alley is home to some of the more iconic Philadelphia food outlets; Bull's Barbecue, Chickie and Pete's, Planet Hoagie, Seasons Pizza, etc. Eating at the actual Chickie and Pete's on Packer avenue is going to be a great experience for first timers. They've got to be making money hand over fist with all three stadiums just down the street. The restaurant provides a shuttle for fans on game days.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 302, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Phillies game at Citizens Bank Park.
