I am a Philly sports homer with a never say die attitude toward our four teams (there's a lot of us). With that being said Citizen's Bank Park is one of the best ballparks in all of Major League baseball, and it boasts the best food selection in all of the MLB too.
There are a lot of seating areas that I won't even fool with; the rooftop bleachers, the Terrace, the scoreboard porch. Section 125 is not included in that short list. In fact, section 125 is one of the best sections in the ballpark.
I love being able to sit just feet behind the Diamond Club patrons for half of what they're paying and have the exact same view of the field; just a little further back. I can see the outfield much better from his section too as opposed to the Diamond Club. You don't even get free food or drinks in those seats. Just padded seats and a waiter to bring you your items.
You can't go wrong sitting behind home plate in any ballpark you venture into. For safe measure, I would stay out of any row that's in the 30s unless you want a little bit of shade. Rows 1 thru 10 have always been my preference.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 125, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Phillies game at Citizens Bank Park.
