125 was an excellent choice of seating. We saw the Yankees play the Orioles at the end of last season. Was surprised at how many Orioles fans we saw in our section but then again, we were also seated immediately behind the Orioles dugout on the third baseline.
The Legends seats sit in front of these but those are super small sections and from 125 or it's neighbors, you'll get almost the same view of the field for fractions of the ticket price. It's a decent bargain compared to Legends seating but our seats were also expensive.
Every seat has a cup holder and the ushers are really on top of the game in this area. They don't want any cheapskate sneaking into the pricey seats.
It was our second time visiting Yankee Stadium, the first time during the Inaugural season in 2009.
Many fans feel that it's inferior to Citi Field in Flushing but I think they're both very different from each other.
There are only four entrances to Yankee Stadium; Gates 2, 4, 6 and 8. Gate 4 is the home plate entrance but Gate 6 is where the Hard Rock Café is and it's in the right field corner. The gate that will give you the quickest access to Monument Park before the game is Gate 8 in center field. Enter the stadium according to where your seats are.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 125, here is a Youtube video shot from row 23 during a Yankees practice at Yankee Stadium.
